Tarek
Sharara.
I work with leaders and teams on the unglamorous things that make organisations good at what they do — clear thinking, sound operations, and people who actually work well together.
Focus
What I focus on
-
Leadership under real conditions
Not leadership as a stage persona — leadership as the daily work of setting direction, making calls with incomplete information, and being someone people can rely on.
-
Operations & execution
How work actually moves through an organisation: who owns what, where things stall, and what it takes to make progress the default rather than the exception.
-
Teams that work
The habits, agreements, and honest conversations that separate a group of capable individuals from an actual team.
-
Clarity & decision-making
Fewer priorities, plainer language, decisions that stay made. Clarity treated as an operating discipline, not a slogan on a wall.
Approach
How I work
Simply, and in plain language. I start with a conversation about what is actually going on — not a pitch. I ask a lot of questions, I listen for the gap between what an organisation says and what it does, and I tell you what I honestly think, including when the honest answer is that you don't need me.
Whether the setting is a talk, a working session, or an ongoing advisory conversation, the aim is the same: leave people thinking more clearly about their own situation than when we started.
Have something in mind?
If you're thinking about a talk, a session with your leadership team, or an advisory conversation, I'd like to hear about it.
